Harvest:
Performed manually at the right time of maturation of sugars, acids and pH, usually depending on the variety from the beginning of October to mid-October
Winemaking:

Of an intense ruby red color , ample and elegant aromas of flowers and fresh red fruits  , with spicy and vanilla notes , harmonious , of good structure, warm ,soft with a slight pleasant tannin.  The varieties of grapes used for the bland , they each bring varietal characters that make this wine modern, elegant and very pleasant.

Wine obtained from a selection of grapes from the best vineyards in the area. . The vinification process takes place with long macerations to favor the maximum extraction of the aromatic substances and aged in small oak barrels for 8 months and for a further 6 months in a bottle.

Colour: Ruby red color.
Perfume: Intense aroma of red flowers, fresh red fruit, berries and spices.
Flavour: Very pleasant taste, elegant, warm, soft and harmonic.

Pairings:
Goes well with everything that is savory and structured, first courses with red sauces, meat, game, cold cuts and aged cheeses.
