CasalFarneto Passerina presents itself with its classic straw yellow colour, typical of the white grape vineyard of Piceno, known for its quality and good production yield. It distinguishes itself as a very pleasant wine, with a varietal perfume, fresh and with intense notes of white flowers and yellow fruit.

The area of origin is the hillside of Ascoli Piceno province. Soil is strong, clayey, with a southwest exposure. The wine is obtained with the “vinification in white” technique: soft pressing of the clusters and thermo-controlled fermentation. The refinement process takes three months in steel and one month in bottle.

Colour: Straw yellow.
Perfume: Characteristic varietal smell, quite intense and persistent of white flowers and yellow fruit. Bianche
Flavour: It is an elegant wine and greatly pleasant with a varietal taste, quite soft, well acidic, fresh, balanced and harmonious.

Pairings:
As an aperitif, with seafood dishes and vegetable soups, cheeses of medium structure and with classic “Oliva Ascolana del Piceno” (breaded olives stuffed with meat).

NORMAL

It is the traditional harvest, taking place in the months of September and October, allowing a harvesting with the right balance of sugar and acids in the wine produced.
