Manual harvest when the right balance between acids, sugars and pH is reached, usually between the end of September and the beginning of October.

Wine of great varietal expression. In the mouth, taste confirms the smell sensations developing in balance between freshness and savour. It is fine and persistent with a lingering almond aftertaste.

Verdicchio vineyards are located in the hilly hinterland of central Le Marche. Soil consistency is medium tending to clayey, with southwest exposure. “Vinification” goes through various phases: pressing of clusters, extraction of grape must, cleaning of the must followed by static and cold decantation, and thermo-controlled fermentation. Refinement period lasts three months in steel and two months in bottle.

Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume: Ample and persistent expression of white flowers, white fruit and citrus fruit with a mineral note.
Flavour: A very drinkable, pleasant wine that is balanced, sapid, harmonic and fresh, with a lingering almond aftertaste.

Deal with hot and cold appetizers, first courses in white sauces and mushroom-based dishes, plus seafood.

It is the traditional harvest, taking place in the months of September and October, allowing a harvesting with the right balance of sugar and acids in the wine produced.
